Pros: Alamo were great. Professional, friendly and clear instructions. Very impressed at both pick up and drop off

Cons: Not sure if Alano to blame but having to delay my booking because of the threat when booking that if I was late I could lose the car. This meant they could not give me my car as it was not yet avaipable when the flight landed on time.
