Pros: English service, polite and courteous, well maintained cars.
Cons: Long wait, no indication of cars being changed from the one that was booked until you go to collect. Temperamental payment terminal - charged my card but payment didn't go through. Had to wait a month for the money to be returned to my card.
Pros: Zurich collection good but quite a queue. Agent spoke English.
Cons: Car pick up damage report was not sent untill following day by email after I asked for it. You have 6 hours to identify damage not yet recorded. Secondly, the return garage in Geneva is a nightmare with little signage to indicate a change of location and no one to at entry to help. We almost missed our flight. Prepare for the worse.
Pros: Professional service
Cons: Took a little time to find the desk from arrivals, maybe to do with the 24 hour plane flight
Pros: All went smooth.
Cons: did not receive a check sheet of damages the car had all ready . when handing the car back was told that I would get an email later. I said I wanted confirmation that all was ok before I left .
Pros: The staff were very co-operative
