Pros: Zurich collection good but quite a queue. Agent spoke English.
Cons: Car pick up damage report was not sent untill following day by email after I asked for it. You have 6 hours to identify damage not yet recorded. Secondly, the return garage in Geneva is a nightmare with little signage to indicate a change of location and no one to at entry to help. We almost missed our flight. Prepare for the worse.

Cons: did not receive a check sheet of damages the car had all ready . when handing the car back was told that I would get an email later. I said I wanted confirmation that all was ok before I left .
