Customers will travel to and from the office by boarding the car-rental shuttle buses, these are available from 5AM to midnight at 10-minute intervals from outside each of Terminals 1, 2, 3 and the car rental village. Pros: Fahad at the reception was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind while helping to sort out a couple of minor issues while checking in.

Cons: Left two jackets in the car after returning it. Phoned 10 minutes later to ask to check and keep it. When I phoned later, the jackets was not there. Awaiting feedback.
