Our free JUCY shuttle can collect customers from either the Christchurch Airport Domestic or International terminal. The shuttle loops every 30 minutes and takes about 15 minutes to get to the JUCY Customer Centre. Directly outside of Door 2 there is a row of bus shelters Pick up after working hours (5:31-7:59) If you are collecting your Snap after our business hours of between 8am - 5:30pm - you will need to contact our After Hours Pick Up team. All After Hours Pick Ups must be prearranged and are NZ $50.00 (including airport transfer). If you do not have an After Hours Pick Up listed on your confirmation, please contact us and we can add this to your booking. Once prearranged, when you arrive in Christchurch, you will need to contact Airpark Canterbury on 0800 2477 27. We will charge the full amount due for the rental on the working day before your rental begins - using the credit card you have supplied when booking. To ensure your vehicle will be waiting for you at our after hours service, please ensure there are adequate funds on this credit card. Once you have arrived at Christchurch Airport, and collected your luggage, please call 0800 247 727, and select option 2. Make your way through the Terminal, walking past the check-in counters. Exit the terminal though door 1 or 2 and turn right. The Airpark Canterbury Shuttle will collect you from the shuttle collection area, just past the pink “Park and Ride” sign. Please use the shuttle marked “Airpark Canterbury” with the LED sign for “Russley Road”

Christchurch Airport Arrival Once you have collected your luggage, please call 03 360 3113 and select option 1 for the Airpark Canterbury courtesy shuttle which will pick you up from the airport. There is an Airpark Canterbury freephone at door 7 of the airport if need. The shuttle collection area is located outside Door 1 and 2 of the airport terminal. The Airpark shuttle buses are red and white Mercedes Vans with trailers attached, they have large Airpark Canterbury stickers across them.

1.It is recommended to check-in at least two hours before pickup, and is mandatory at least 12 hours before that day’s normal business hours closing time, if your pick-up is after hours. 2.Once you have collected your luggage and are ready for pick up, please exit through Door 2 at the Domestic Terminal, and waiting in the commercial shuttle transfers area and call us 0064 3420 2878 to request the Free Airport Shuttle Transfer Bus to the rental desk. After collecting your baggage, stay inside and turn right to walk past the Long White Cloud cafe. Turn left at the Escalator following the sign for the check-in hall. Continue to the end of the hall towards the Regional Terminal and exit through Door 2 on your left. Walk 5 metres straight ahead to the collection point and wait for the pink and blue GO shuttle to collect you. NU Car Rentals service is provided in cooperation with Allans Rental Cars in Christchurch, NZ. Upon arrival and when you exit Customs, please call plus 64 21 417556 and we will direct you to the pick up point located 5 meters outside Terminal Door 1. outside terminal Door 1. Your may also arrange for pick up anywhere in the city. Just call with the name and address of your hotel and we will send the shuttle to pick you up.
