Few details about the rental process
Security Deposit must be carried out before the rental, without deposit rental is not possible.
The deposit: Your Credit Card will be pre authorised 72 hours prior to the reservation Or immediately if the reservation is sooner.
The vehicle must be returned to the same condition and with the same amount of fuel to avoid additional charges.
Please take care while performing the handover & return inspection process with accordance to the application to avoid any errors.Any missing inspection details will be charged a fee

It's very interesting country on one side 5 stars hotels and on the other garbage thrown on the side of the road. Dures, Vlore and Tirana are absolutely stunning cities to visit. Also Sazan Island something amazing to explore. We will be definitely back to Albania to see how the country develop further.

Definitely need a car to explore the sights, from the North of Albania (Lake Shrioka, Shkodër Castle, Theth), Apollina and Butrint Archaeological sites, Berat, Gjirokastër, the Blue Eye and the beaches in the South. Continued work is being done on the road network so Google maps wasn't always accurate!

5 day trip starting in Tirana and ending in Sarande with a long drive back to the airport via the Logara pass.
Driving in Tirana felt like an extreme sport the first night but things got way easier a couple of days in.
We made sure all of our hotels had parking which made a huge difference (didn't have to worry about squeezing an SUV into a tiny spot, or worry about someone damaging it).
PS. Make sure you take pictures/ a video of the rental car condition before taking off! - We had a few scratches that predated us and it was helpful to prove this afterwards.

Great in the mountains, Berat, Gjirocaster and Butini. Great food in the restaurants generally. Ksamil could be beautiful, but ruined by too many private beaches. People were great. But the police only let my friend in his wheel chair have special care, I was sent away even though I travel as his carer as he has a wheel chair. The roads have alot of pot holes and nobody gives way at round abouts, but this was fun! Outside the driving was easy.

Be aware that this company will fine you if by mistake you take an unpaved road in Albania. Except from that, the trip was very nice. Careful while driving in Albania since people don’t know how to drive and force themselves into the lanes, especially in roundabouts. They don’t understand the priority for cars already engaged and may force you to stop midway.

Great drive from Tirana to Sarande/Ksamil along the coast and then returning via Gjirokaster, amazing views all the way. As a solo traveller with little driving experience I found driving in cities such as Vlore and Sarande quite challenging, relying only on Google maps to find the way, and the streets are narrow and hilly, with tight spaces and traffic coming from all sides. Apart from that it was a pleasant drive and a great adventure overall.
