NU Car Rentals service is provided by Andy's Auto Rentals in Brisbane. Please remember to provide us with your flight details and email at time of booking. If you are arriving at the Brisbane International Terminal please collect your luggage then call 00-617-3868-1935. After clearing Customs and entering the Arrivals area turn left and proceed to the far end of the Terminal to the Coach Departure doors. Take the ramp to the bottom and proceed to Bays 3 and 4 where our white NU Car Rental-Andy's Car Rental courtesy shuttle will pick you up. For arrival at the Domestic Terminal collect your luggage and exit the airport. Proceed over the Skywalk which connects the Terminal to the Bus Pick Up area- Zone section C. Our courtesy van will pick you up and take you to our location. Vehicles are held for up to 2 hours after the arrival time on your reservation

Customers to please call for collection on 0061 1 800 474 258 and staff will advise instructions on where to wait for the shuttle. Client to return back to the office within office hours to receive a shuttle back to the airport. Last shuttle service will run 15 minutes prior to close.

Once you have your luggage and have exited the airport terminal, call +61732684222 for collection by an ANDREW'S AIRPORT PARKING bus. Domestic Terminal Collection Zone is over Skybridge and down to the right, in Zone B1 and B2. International Terminal Collection Zone is down the stairs to the left in Zone 3. If you live within 100km of Hendra QLD, you will be considered a Local Renter. Local Renter's security deposit is $2000 and vehicle must be collected between 8:00AM and 5:00PM, Monday - Sunday. Local Renters will not receive a vehicle if they do not meet these conditions.
