To the right, behind the wall of the Airport “Cercanias” Station, there is a parking area marked with yellow lines. Follow the yellow line area to the end. The shuttle will pick up passengers between the second-to-last and the last grey column, right by the second pedestrian crossing.

Customers can arrive at either Terminal 2 or Terminal 3. Customers have to follow the indications to the luggage reclaim belts and once they have arrived to the floor where the belts are located, they should go down to the floor -1 (without leaving the building) by using the lifts or the escalator.
They will have to go to the rent a car area and they will find our office there.
The "Express collection service" allows the formalization of the contract and collection of the vehicle directly in the parking area of the airport, without going through the open office in the terminal, by paying an extra charge.

After collecting your lugagge proceed to the arrivals hall, please do not go downstairs but exit through the sliding doors, continue straight ahead for 50 meters following the blue line on the floor until you reach a pedestrian crossing, once there, you will see the train station and the courtesy bus stop is just behind it.
Clients arriving after 23:00h will need to give us a ring on + 34 673 249 000 so that we can go and pick them up.

Beskrivningen vart vi skulle gå för att åka med transfer till biluthyrningen stämde inte alls. Det var inga 20 meter från utgången från terminalen utan vi fick till slut hjälp att hitta rätt.
Upphämtningen är ca 100 meter från terminalen över gatan.
Vore bra om Ni updaterer Er sida på med rätt upphämtningsplats så att framtida personer som hyr bil slipper leta som vi fick göra sent på kvällen.
