UPON YOUR ARRIVAL Once you have collected your luggage, call 1300 729 230 (for international customers call +61 3 6165 0838) and follow the prompts for shuttle bus pick up. If your flight is delayed please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with a following day collection if outside of our working hours. There are no available baby seats in the shuttle bus. Children under 6 months are unable to travel on our shuttles, if this affects you, please contact our branch who will assist in collecting your driver to return to the rest of your party. Walk along the path and cross over two small pedestrian crossings and wait in the T2 shuttle area. Please look for the blue Park on King shuttle and let the Driver know that you are going to Alpha.
