Pros: The personnel is friendly but hardly speak English.
Cons: Very hard to reach by phone and not helpful in switching the drop off point from the airport in Salvador to their downtown location. Same for pick-up, just wanted to switch airports and absolutely impossible.
Pros: I didn't like anything. They don't answer the phone. Our car was leaking oil and we needed to change it, but no one attended, we had to go to the airport at 11 pm and the next day was my son's 1 year old birthday and I couldn't be without a car. A shame. I will never contract with this company again.
Cons: I didn't like anything. Bad services, I spent hours trying to get the car, they said they had no system. Terrible. Never.
Cons: They made extra charges (including insurance) that I expressly rejected. They continued including it despite my claims and at the end I had to accept it because it was late and I was with my children. They also charge me higher than announced in the website for the child seat.
Pros: When I dropped off the car the representative completed the process real quick.
Cons: When I got to the car rental, the lady made all the same questions I answered before when I did the reservation online, and pushed me to buy something different from what I choose before. She took about 60mins of my time after a very long trip with a 3 year old toddler. You should honor what was contracted on the car-rental website and have that ready for the customer before they came in.
Pros: Friendliness of staff
Cons: Overcharged me for the rental, basically not taking into account what I had already paid in advance, tried to give me a different type of car to what I'd booked (open boot rather than closed), boot of car didn't seal off properly so water got in and damaged my baggage

A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Brazil, United Kingdom.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, credit card, valid driver license.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory. In order to pick up the car, domestic renters must present the following documents: passport, credit card, valid driver license, CPF(Brazilian Taxpayer Registration Card).
If the customer is late for a return for more than 60 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
