Use the airport's common rental car shuttle bus from a designated stops a Terminal A, or C to the San Jose Rental Car Center to pickup your vehicle. The rental facility is approximately 2.5 miles / 15 minutes away. Shuttle transportation begins at 3 a.m. and ends approximately 1 hour after the last flight arrives.

Pros: Not a damn thing unfortunately
Cons: They get you to upgrade a vehicle and promise you certain features, you get to that car and it doesn't have any of those features. But they say you signed so they can't do anything about. Terrible experience.

Cons: The fact that there was no car available for me for a 4-Hour period of time so I rented from another car agency at the rental car facility I will never use this agency again

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 62 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
