Cons: The fact that there was no car available for me for a 4-Hour period of time so I rented from another car agency at the rental car facility I will never use this agency again

Pros: Thrifty staff were excellent. No hidden fees, no faffing about. Simple, straightforward and efficient.

Cons: There are 2 different areas that were advertised as thrifty - the one to the right should be removed to avoid confusion. The computer in the car wouldn't integrate with the smart consistently when plugged in, but other than that, the condition of the car was great.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes

Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), State Tax, Surcharges.

Rate excludes

Many highways in USA are tolled using only electronic means.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
The option to prepay tolls is available for 9.99 USD to 27.99 USD per day depending on the travel area.

Driver requirements

Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English.

Deposit and deductible policy

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.

Optional extras and services

Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Spouses will not be charged the additional driver surcharge.

Fuel policy

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, for rates that include Fuel Purchase Option the first tank of gas is included. Customers do not have to refuel the vehicle prior to return.

Rental period

The maximum rental period per agreement is 62 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Business hours

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
