Pros: Gave me the correct car after complaining to head office and offered to deliver the car to my residence. Also allowed me to switch to airport branch for drop off with no extra fees
Cons: Initially got a car one class lower and in poor condition, replaced by another one of the same due to unavailability. Upon complaining the correct car class was then arranged and all went smooth from that point.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 865.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Renters from the following country(ies): Bahrain, Cyprus, Egypt, Iran, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Yemen must provide the following documents: International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to collect the car.

The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
