Pros: The Rep meet me at the airport with the the price was great the rep was friendly and knowledgeable about the rental car , and pick the car up at the resort

Pros: They were fast and efficient, also very responsive to texts and calls.
Cons: They service was good, the car was kind of budget, so I didn't set to high of expectations. And the car they gave me easily met it. I would rather they didn't put their branding on the windscreen or be more discreet by placing it on the rear windscreen.
Pros: Delivered car to hotel and replaced faulty car with no issue.
Cons: The refund they offered was taken back.
Pros: Surprisingly how easy it was to pick up and drop off the car. the agents were there and it was the most convenient.

A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The following payment methods are accepted: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Additional drivers are allowed free of charge.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
