Pros: Provided a replacement car within an hour of reporting problem with first car provided.
Cons: The first car provided was a bit of an old banger, which initially suited us as we were planning to do a bit of off road travelling along some of the unmade roads in Tobago. The car started running very roughly (misfiring) and had trouble getting it into gear. Notwithstanding this when we reported the problems to Taylors, they replace it with a much newer vehicle which was well capable of handling the roads on the west coast of Tobago and through the Tropical Rainforest 😉
Pros: Tiuana communicated super well and was efficient and quick. Drop off was easy although we just left the car and no checks were done together to close the contract.

Rental Conditions

A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The following payment methods are accepted: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Additional drivers are allowed free of charge.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
