Pick-up instructions
Our counter is located on the first floor and is accessible by walking from baggage claim. Follow Terminal signage to Ground Transport West to the Rental Car Center inside the Terminal. Once inside, you will find the SIXT counter on your right.
Drop-off instructions
Follow the signs to the Car Rental Returns garage and proceed to the fourth floor. Enter the SIXT vehicle return entrance and pull forward to the front of the Car Return lanes and our Customer Service Agent will be happy to assist you with your check in. If a Customer Service Agent is not available, please place the key in the SIXT key return drop box. A receipt will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of you returning your vehicle.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, State Tax, Customer Facility Charge (CFC).

The following surcharges may apply: Recovery Fee, Facility Charge, Vehicle License Fee, Energy Surcharge, Tourism levy.

Driver requirements

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following States: USA - Illinois, USA - Indiana, USA - Missouri, USA - Ohio, USA - Tennessee, USA - Virginia, USA - West Virginia.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
