Cons: Anyway, very sloppy. They were 15 minutes late for the pickup, which might be unavoidable due to traffic, so let's give them that. Even though I had a reservation, the desired car model wasn't available, and they didn't prepare an equivalent car either. when I arrived to return it at 4:20 AM, the store was closed, and the phone wasn't answered immediately. After about 15 minutes, an agent came, but we couldn't enter the store without the key. They said the security company had the key and asked

Driver requirements

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
