Pros: Nothing
Cons: First, nobody came to pick on airport, they have office 5 min walk from airport, when we reached, office was locked. The phone numbers are not updated. The executive was very stupid took so much time to provide car and later he said your car is not ready so giving you higher car which looks good at that time but after driving outside the city we came to know the car was not good, making a lot of noice, breaks and suspension was not in good condition. We were suppose to drive in mountains.
Pros: Fair prices, clear contracts
Cons: No meet & greet as stated. Have to walk out of airport and find the office myself. Office was locked when we pick up and also when dropped off. Have to wait around and ask the car rental next door help contact the agent
Pros: Good communication, easy pick up!
Cons: A bit difficult to return the car, as you have to park on the main busy road … but overall no real issues.

Pros: Car was clean and comfortable and overall service was good.
Cons: The only worry while I was driving was that I felt the car's break system was a bit in good condition. To my thought, it should be checked.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 76.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
The deductible/excess amount is 2000 USD.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners.
The following payment methods are not accepted for payment: Debit cards, Prepaid cards.
All credit cards must be capable of the CHIP and PIN verification; cards without this capability will not be accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
