Cons: Tı pick up the car after waiting for more than 30 mins they told there is a problem in the system and we need to go to terminal 5. They packed 9 (nine) customers and more than 9 baggages into a 7 seat car ( with driver we were ten) and went to t5, driving 10+ minutes. Spent another 30 mins there to pick the car. It unbelieveable.

Cons: Really hard to find at RUH Airport. Description says to go to Terminal 2, there is no SIXT anymore, from there they sent us to Terminal 3, but that’s just the drop off. One guy had to drive us to Terminal 5 where we actually got the car. And then the car’s air conditioning didn’t work, which I realized only next day and had to drive back to exchange the car. That went smoothly. I didn’t have an issue while returning but instead of a full tank, they wanted me to return the car with same range.

Cons: People are playing around with your order. I am working on a complain to them. I rented cars from Sixt on regular base, but this was the last time. The Saudi branches are very bad. I like to explain this in a separate mail. Holiday trip was spoiled by not suplpy the correct car. Dispite having top insurance I had to pay cash directly to Sixt because of dammaged windscreen .
