Pros: Very quick and easy

Cons: The cost of the insurance to protect from loosing the excess. It also has an awful lot of exclusions like glass tyre and th underneath of the car

Rental Conditions

Please check the Rental Conditions for each specific vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may differ based on the class of vehicle.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1098.00 - € 1952.00), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability, Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Mileage policy
For rentals of 1–26 days, mileage is unlimited.
For rentals lasting 27 to 30 days, mileage is limited to 3500 km per month. Mileage is limited, there will be a surcharge for each additional km.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
To rent the following vehicle category(ies): Luxury, Premium, Special, you must provide the following document(s) at pickup: return flight ticket, flight information, local address (apartment; hotel; villa; etc.).
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with following payment methods: Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
For the Luxury, Premium, Special car group, a minimum of two credit cards issued on the main driver's name are required.
Payments and deposits with the following payment method(s): Visa Gold credit card, Visa Platinum credit card, Mastercard Gold credit card, Mastercard Platinum credit card, American Express Gold credit card, American Express Platinum credit card, Diners Classic Corporate, Diners Corporate Individual are accepted only for the following car group(s): Luxury, Premium, Special.

Visa Electron, Cash, Cheques, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Geographical restrictions
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Northern Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain-Mainland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, San Marino.
Written permission from the rental company is required.
The Standard, Luxury, Intermediate, Premium, Fullsize, Special car group(s) may not be used for Domestic one way, International One Way, crossing country borders rentals.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Ski rack, Snow chains, Express Service.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

During the winter season (15.11 to 15.04), Snow chains may be mandatory on certain roads in the following locations: Northern Italy, Central Italy, Southern Italy, Italy Islands. For more information please contact the car rental provider.

It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
In order to have service out of hours, the renter must provide the following information: Phone number, Flight number.

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
