Cons: The only negative was finding the drop off…but when we did, all was very good…no complaints…I would recommend!
Pros: NOTHING AT ALL. I booked a Mercedes Vito or similar and you presented a Ford Transit. You then told me that I am right to refuse the car and that Sicily by Car would not charge me but then you go on to say that the Ford Transit is of similar class to the Mercedes Vito. Disgusting behaviour. Deceitful to say the least. Bunch of scammers who rob people.

Pros: I had to change car because the first one they got me was not in good condition . The agent was very accommodating.
Pros: Overall a good experience. Fairly new car in great condition.
Cons: Roma Termini drop off location is incorrect on Google maps and I was given an old pamphlet of the drop off location from the Milan car office. Why have they not bothered to update this simple but very annoying and stressful point?
Pros: There was no charge for electricity.
Cons: The actual range of a full battery was twice shorter than indicated even without using AC, which left us in a very uncomfortable situation without any fast charging stations nearby. The customer service did not care much about our situation, gave mixed answers and charged extra for the time we spent trying to get back to Milan.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
To rent the following vehicle category(ies): Luxury, Premium, Special, you must provide the following document(s) at pickup: return flight ticket, flight information, local address (apartment; hotel; villa; etc.), 2 phone numbers (1 of which is landline), 2 credit cards.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 20 % battery charge remaining.
