Pros: Scammed on damage to car. Small scratch on underside of bumper which was there before i took it but photo wasnt clear enough. It was clesr enough to show other damage further up bumper which agent tried to get me to pay for. Will never rent again from this company again

Pros: The women who helped us at car pickup in Syracuse were so professional, gracious and amiable, answered all our questions, and put us at ease.

Cons: It wasn’t clear that gas was not available near airport. We had to leave for gas and come back. Also, finding car drop-off at airport was difficult w/google directions. The wrong address was given. We found it eventually. However, the people at airport who assisted us were very helpful with our difficulty. We appreciate the very good customer service.

Cons: Since they wouldn’t take a debit card or cash, I spent $42 extra per day for a grand total of $412 for 4 days. Outrageous price.

Pros: Everything was fine except from one day before the delivery and the day of delivery.

Cons: 1 day before the delivery. I was trying to reach someone via phone in order to tell me where to drop off the car. I could not find anyone in Palermo. The day of the delivery, i went to Palermo's offices and from there they guided to Sicily by car in the airport. There, i was told that finally i could have delivered the car in another spot, closer to where we were staying (near the port). This would have saved us 12euro (6 euros each for bus ticket) and 3-4hrs of wasted time.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1464.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
The following surcharges may apply: Winterization fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

Maximum rental age is 82 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

To rent the following vehicle category(ies): Luxury, Premium, Special, you must provide the following document(s) at pickup: return flight ticket, flight information, local address (apartment; hotel; villa; etc.), 2 phone numbers (1 of which is landline), 2 credit cards.
Deposit and deductible policy

Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Snow chains, Express Service.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 20 % battery charge remaining.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 45 days.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
