Peugeot 208
9/19/23

Pros: Easy to find upon arrival, car was clean

Cons: We opted for an economy car which is usually sufficient and thinking it would be similar in size to the Peugeot 208. We were given a Lancia ypsillon which though the agent said is the same category is definitely smaller in size and even efficiency / speed was at times v difficult to achieve while driving long distance . It also has a smaller boot space than the Peugeot . Agent did not have another economy car available except for a larger class at an additional cost

Fiat Panda
8/23/22

Pros: The people at the desk were helpful. The car was clean when we picked it up.

Cons: There was absolutely no windshield wiper fluid in the car when we received it. The drop off instructions were not clear and there was no parking spot for us to leave the car when we did eventually figure out where to drop off. The last Sicily by Car parking spot had a generator and other things in the middle, which we had to get out of the car and move.
Argentina
Opel Crossland
8/22/22

Pros: Nothing. I waited for 2 hours and nobody care. Therefore I had to cancel and rent from another rental

Cons: I had to wait for 2 hours, the representative lied to me, she told me to wait for 5 minutes after I had waited for an hours and I was still waiting after 30 minutes more. They told me that they would refund the money paid and now Discover Cars is refusing. Both Discover Cars and Sicily by Car are crooks!

Pros: Great car; fast service. Affordable rate.

Cons: The outside of the car was very dusty when we picked it up.
United Kingdom
Fiat Panda
11/19/21

Cons: The car developed a fault and I was expected to deliver the car back which was 2hrs each way and I was expected to pay for the fuel to do this. The replacement car was dirty and half full of fuel and again I was expected to return it full. I lost a full day's holiday with the travelling and a full days car hire due to a faulty vehicle, no compensation was offered in fact the opposite as I ended up spending £30 in fuel to return the car. This was not acceptable and so I will not be using agai

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Overcharged me by £270 & after 5 weeks i am still waiting for a refund, car was filthy

Ford Fiesta
8/16/18

Cons: They insisted on including a cleaning charge of €40 despite the car not being clean when we picked it up and not being in any worse condition when we dropped it off. They blamed sand inside the car for being the reason. We had not visited a beach when using the car and so it was clearly not our doing. Awful service and representative very rude. Spoilt the end of our holiday.
