Pros: Initial car had an issue and they changed it quick and with no hassle. They bought a replacement to our hotel to exchange. We're very impressed with them even though we booked through DiscoverCars . Would definitely book again.

Pros: Car was dirty and already has bumps and scratches, you have to find the car yourself in the carpark and then for drop off it was no representative to speak to. We took videos and photos of the car at drop off for support. All 3 petrol stations by the airport did "run out" of petrol mysteriously by the time we have to return our car.

Pros: Drop off was super fast and easy with dropping the keys into a letter box. Car was exactly what we had booked and the price very reasonable. Very fuel efficient car too.

Cons: The pick up was a bit messy. The agent couldn't find out booking at first and then forget to give us a ticket to get out of the car park.

Pros: We ordered a small car at first and then cancelled and change to a bigger car. Although we were given the small car when we arrived, the staff immediately change to even a bigger car than what we booked when she knew the car that they prepared was wrong.

Cons: if they didn't make the mistake, we won't have to wait for a while under the hot weather. luckier we got a bigger car and my family enjoy the trip.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 750 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 2514.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 85 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
No deposit is required during the rental period.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional drivers are allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 60 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
