Pick-up instructions
From the baggage collection zone, exit to the arrivals hall and go to the lift, located on your left. Go up to the DEPARTURES floor, located on the 1st floor (P1). Go outside. On your left, in the Express car park, you will find the OK Mobility Shuttle that will take you to our office, located 550 metres from the airport exit.

When you arrive at the airport, follow signs to “Aparcamiento - Alquiler de coches". At the last sign, keep to the left at the junction and follow signs to “Alquiler de coches” to enter the carpark where the car rental offices are located. Enter the carpark through the barrier. Once inside, following signs to "Car rental return”. You will find the OK Mobility parking spaces to your right.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 900 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1200.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, United Kingdom, EU countries.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): China will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid an additional charge per liter/gallon of missing fuel plus a 29 EUR refueling service charge.

The maximum rental period per agreement is 89 days.

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge of 50 EUR.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 60 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
