Pros: Não gostei da Noleggiare pois não houve respeito e interesse em agradar o cliente que pagou caro por um carro SUV novo e moderno no site, mas, por falta de opção e quase imposição da Noleggiare, tive que receber outro carro de categoria inferior, SW antigo, desatualizado, muito sujo e combustível não totalmente completo.
Cons: Distancia da loja para pegar e devolver o carro, por falta de opção, recebi carro não escolhido. Contratei SUV, novo, moderno, atualizado e recebi SW, antigo, desatualizado, muito sujo, com muitos arranhões e riscos. Distancia da loja para retirar o veículo e distancia do local de entrega do veículo. Desrespeito e desinteresse com o cliente . Lamentável !

Pros: Efficient. But maybe too efficient.
Cons: At pick up in Rome: 1. Rental agents did not explain how to use the functions of the car 2. Rental agents did not do a brief on the condition of the car at pickup, but instead provided a document with the summary of all defects 3. I had to take a video and pictures of the car by myself in the carpark, where there were other drivers who were urging me to hurry up At return in Florence, I found the male rental agent to be quite rude.
Pros: It was a bait and switch. I reserved an A-Class Mercedes (or comparable car), and arrived and was told they were giving me a "free upgrade" to a Toyota Corolla station wagon. I tried to decline the upgrade and was told the was not an option because they did not actually have ANY Mercedes cars to rent. The only other car they could offer was a VW Tiroc, which we took.
Cons: It was terrible. Before and during the term of our reservation, I tried calling customer support, HQ, and individual rental locations and reached a human being maybe 10% of the time. They also did not have voicemail set up, so I just had to keep calling. The clerk who rented us our car was EXTREMELY unhelpful. He kept insisting that a Toyota was an upgrade and that we should be grateful, and that a Toyota and VW were comparable to an A-Class Mercedes. He also did not offer to help.
Pros: Front counter person at Rome was friendly and communicative in a situation where vehicle was not available.
Cons: Had to wait for vehicle. Vehicle was not completely clean especially the interior.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 76.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain-Mainland, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
During winter season (from 15.11. until 15.04.) Snow chains are included in price.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
