Pros: Speedy pick-up/drop-off and close (<10min) walk from Goreme center. They didn't insist as usual to hire full insurance since we already had paid for it via DiscoverCars, as long as we signed a disclaimer.

Cons: Car was provided with barely any gas (reserve tank warning) and there are no gas pumps in Goreme. Car was heavily used (>130.000Km) and scratched/bumped all around; also dirty inside and out.

Cons: The agent wasn’t aware of the insurance I took through the website at all. He kept suggesting i get extra insurance Car was a bit dirty inside. There was lots of dust and dirt. And most importantly, there was a huge and long crack on the front window which I didn’t feel safe to drive at all.

Pros: Car was OK.

Cons: Nissa car Rental asked me a not expected 75 Euros extra deposit that I should have recovered at the end of the Rental. When I brought back the car, without any problem, people told me that my deposit would be automatically refund. This was not the case, so far. The Rental proposed by DiscoverCars was not honest in my case.

Pros: Definitely nothing.

Cons: NISSA assigned me a Renault Taliant even if I had booked a SUV. They didn’t have it and the only car was the Renault, which I had to take after 2 hours discussion. The car was in really bad conditions, not clean inside, lot of dust and a strong smell of sigarettes. An SOS message forced us to stop at a local service. The tyres were not safe, we called the office where we picked up the car but they hanged down the phone call 3 times to the local Turkish Renault service. Definitely unprofessional.

Pros: Not much. The car was just adequate. It was a bigger car than expected and it was comfortable.

Cons: The car was presented dirty with little fuel in it. It wouldn’t start initially but was ok, if slow to start on the next 2 days. Pickup was arranged at Göreme for 8am. The service guy showed up at 8.40am so our day started late. We arranged to drop off at Kayseri Airport but could find no information on where to drop off, no one answered our calls, no office or contact point at or near the airport (that we could find). Nearly missed our flight.

Cons: The tank was almost empty when we picked up the car. We were told to fill the tank as the first thing to keep the car running. Other renters had the same situation. It’s hard to believe that everyone returned cars with almost empty tank. Mine was returned with a quarter full. No signs show the return place. Even worse, the offsite rental office near the airport was not open on time, that made me and another gentleman almost late to check in our flight.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 900.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, Country entry stamp that is not older than 6 months.
Deposit and deductible policy

In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory. Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 60 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
