Pros: Worst rent-a-car I have ever had!
Cons: Pickup was suppose to be at Nactan airport, but then after waiting 30 minutes someone picked us up and took us to another location. The car 1 was given was an absolute P.O.S., dents everywhere, damaged body under drivers mirror, tires worn below safe limits, painted body area's that clearly looked different from rest of car. It is truly hard for me to believe National Car Rental would partner with Discovery Cars and allow them to rent out cars of this condition.
Pros: Nice staff, we returned the car one day earlier and got a partial refund. Amazing :)
Cons: The car wasn't a new one, actually it was a few years old, a bit scrached etc. but considering we rented in the Philippines, most of the cars there looks like that. Mind that the car rental does not allow to travel to different island with the car. Essential if you plan to visit other islands nearby.
Cons: Old and not clean car. Non working key remote. Not in the airport need a shuttle to get to the office.
Pros: Staff friendly and helpful
Cons: State of the cars bodywork
Pros: No one is providing services.No proper communication. No one answer the phone.
