Pros: The GPS wasn't available - but they arranged one for us from the airport office. Our USB wouldn't fit into the smaller (USB-C) for charging the phone but the young man in the Locauto office gave us his personal converter. THAT is great service! We'll post it bank, with a thank you, from New Zealand.
Cons: Car could have been a bit cleaner - but they were busy so not a complaint.

Pros: Nothing. The Genoa, Via Casaregis office was disgusting. Very dirty and messy. The video in the background was showing Locauto staff meticulously cleaning cars. In reality the poor staff were "running" trying to deal with the 3 or 4 customers. The car was not cleaned and they gave it to me that way until I insisted they clean it. The owner/manager of this franchise is not managing this well at all. Absolute disgrace.
Cons: Everything. They opened the office 15 minutes late. 6 or 7 customers were waiting when they arrived and started running between computer and cars. It was a joke. They were atleast polite, but massively stressed. Please pass this on to the owner. He/She needs to take action on how they manage their business and team. Understaffed. Very dirty. No space and didnt seem like any real system in place. Its not the staff's fault from what I could see.
