Pros: Focussed on helping us, nothing was a problem
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: On pickup, they didn't have the car I booked, simply because they couldn't find it (there was no exclusive parking for the rental office, cars just scattered on the streets around). Then they just handed the key for me to get the car two blocks away. AND, charged me on delivery for a 5mm scratch I didn't do. Can't recommend it.
Pros: The person we spoke with, was very nice, communicative, giving us advices about the roads, tolls, explaining how the hybrid car works as i did not drove it before, and we had some issue with the cards, but he did everything to find a solution for us and we really appreciated it. Truly amazing experience!
Cons: It was a bit hard to find garage in Milan since the google map brought us bit further down, but we asked people on the street and they guided us.
Pros: Absolutely nothing
Cons: Absolutely everything. Rude, unclear, tried to scam based on made up damages, additional charges materializing at drop off. Miserable experience altogether
Pros: Customer service at pick-up and drop-off. Cleanliness of the car.
Cons: The drop-off location was hard to find in the documentation provided.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.

By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04 in the following regions: South Tyrol.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
