Cons: Should work closely with car rental company for better integrated insurance coverage. We need to provide rental deposit of RM1000 by car rental company despite had purchase of extra insurance for the rented car.

Cons: The location of Keddy / Europcar in Kota Kinabalu is wrong and misleading. They do not have an office at the airport. Instead you just meet their rep outside arrivals. As there isn't an office you just have to hope they show up!
Pros: Tyre thread is a concern. Also tyre not delivered in full air capacity.

Cons: Car was very dirty and run down (both interior and exterior) wipers and windscreen really bad …… caused poor visibility when rain. Car full of scratches & dents.

Pros: I had to wait for almost 20 minutes for the car to arrive. There is no counter inside although they said someone will be waiting. . Except for that, all was good. Credit card deposit will be locked for two weeks, so just be aware of it. If I’m correct, if anything happens, customer has to pay first, only then can claim insurance.
Cons: The terms n conditions could be explained clearly before signing up.
Pros: Timing. From pick up to drop off, timing were on the dot. Friendly staffs and knowlegeable, explains and answers well during QnA,
Cons: Car was a little unclean, found some receipt n papers but no big deal. Car could also used with sanitising spray upon pick up. I had to buy and sanitised myslef after pick up as was not inform if the car had been sanitised prior to pick up.

Pros: Free upgrade from persona to honda City since persona is not available. Power of car is reasonable but cleanliness of car is wonderful. Great service by staff, regular rm600 security as min. credit deposit believed could be released without any doubt.

Cons: So far the service good but a bit pricy the price should rate down esp the deposit. Even they take only RM600 depo but not everybody can effort. I suggest that the deposit should around RM300.00 then it's ok.
Cons: 1- Gave the agent my flight details a day prior to my departure and she acknowledged. As soon as i arrived i gave her a call, she say "just wait will be 15mins late". 2- Car is extremely filthy.. Ants crawling everywhere! Non to mention i am traveling with my toddler. I needed to clean the car myself at home.

Pros: The staff were really friendly and efficient and overall I was satisfied. They did refund me on the windshield replacement quite promptly.
Cons: The car need to be checked more thoroughly before being rented out to next customer. The windshield wiper on driver's side came off half way while I was using it during heavy rain.

Pros: Continue from right side, so the europcar's manager refused to changed or replace the front brake's pads event after seeing the brake pads.. photos taken by the mechanic. & the europcar manager also spoken to the tyre shop's mechanic for refusing to replace the brakes pads.
Cons: The Front Brake giving out some noise when you applied the brake 's pedal, while the car is coming down a hill slope (from Kota Kinabalu to Keningau), when i arrived at Keningau, the next day, i requested a tyre shop's mechanic to check the front brake's pads (both front side), the tyre's mechanic took a photo and high lighted that this front brake pads are too thin already, needed to be changed, so i called up europcar, and wahts app him the photo taken by the tyre's shop mechanic. continue..

Cons: Should have inform that Nissan Almera couldnot climb the high hill area very well..

Cons: they don't have a counter in the airport. The instruction was not clear for us to find the agency and they are late around 40 mins

Cons: The car rental company did not have an office at the KK Airport and I had to call them to get the car arranged.. the staff is not ready with the documents when I want to return the car, even when I called earlier to state my return timing. Imagine if I'm rushing for flight and I have to wait for the staff to be there to process the car return procedure... hope they can improve the service or at least have an office there

Cons: I didn't like the way it didn't say only accept credit card, no cash. I prepare the balance of money in cash, but the staff said only credit card. How about if i didn't bring my C/card? Cancelled order? Why not say or indicate in the email?
