Pros: The car was fine but we’ve never been asked to sign up to both a large deposit AND an admin charge? Not happy. We hired in Borneo, Malaysia and we were it asked to do this??? She struggled to explain this to us too, not happy

Pros: It allows shorter booking time of hours compared to other competitors especially on availability of car for rental at last minute booking.
Cons: The contact number provided on booking voucher is non-contactable. I won't know whether i will actually get the car on arrival!

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 66.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
