Pros: Very little
Cons: The car was scrutinized for 15 minutes upon our return and we were accused of causing a crack in the windscreen. Thankfully we took a photo of it when we picked up the car.

Pros: Bilingual agents made the task much easier. And they were friendly and helpful as well
Cons: The paperwork to pick up the car seemed very cumbersome and complicated; there must be a way to improve that. Additionally I received an email “closure of contract “ that seems to have additional charges. I will dispute that with them, but if it’s simply a receipt, that should be made clearer.

The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
