Pros: They tried to downgrade our vehicle without informing us and without any discount. When we questioned the downgrade the clerk informed us that the there was no other car available. After we insisted he suddenly found the car we initially booked. Worth mentioning that the parking lot had at least seven other cars parked.

Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP). For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 60 days.

Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 29 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund. Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
