Pros: When I went to pick up the car I was told I hv got no booking. I showed them the confirmation and the guy said he sews thst but I haven't paid. I said they charged me $74 only and I'll pay remaining now. The guy said that the car I booked isn't available so I'll have to pay extra for upgrade. He said thst $74 is discover car website commission n car rental company green motion didn't get money. I'm like it's not my problem I booked it n I need the same car or in same price but the guy kept
Cons: He kept on arguing. I had family with me we were there for almost 2 hrs n then he got a similar car that I booked for n he gave me that and said I hv got no insurance. I paid extra for insurance when I booked. He said its they discover cars u can pay us claim them if anything happens. I hv rented quite a lot in the past this was the worst experience.

Cons: The rental agreement was unclear. The service provider was rude and unprofessional. I had to wait for 2.5 hours to pick up my car.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, photocard driving license.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges. The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
