Exit from terminal - proceed to ground transportation area and wait in the rental car shuttle pickup area - middle curb. Shuttle with Green Motion Logo on the side. **Shuttle to airport is not provided for after hour drops. After hours drop off can be arranged by calling the location in advance of drop off. Pros: When returning the rental cr near closing time, no one else needed the shuttle to the airport so they allowed us to stay in the car with our luggage and got an employee to drive us in the rental to the airport. Saved us time and trouble moving luggage to shuttle bus!

Cons: Needed better directions to aid in finding where to get the shuttle, Had to call the company twice to clarify.

Cons: The cleanliness, the toddler car seat, and I was charged a full day when I was 40 mins late for drop off due to traffic. I was told that if I amarices by 4PM (60 mins late) I wouldn’t have found anyone on the office…

Pros: Terrible service. The guy who took 30 minutes to pick me up in the shuttle smelled so bad I had to put my mask on. Did not load or unload my luggage. Green Motion guy who checked me in yelled that he leaves at 1:00 on Saturdays and we are lucky he was still there. Ridiculous and terrible customer service. Never again!

Cons: Rude guy at check out counter. Not friendly and disorganized. A dirty shop and papers everywhere. Terrible place. I’d never do business there again.
