Pros: Right next to the airport, very convenient and easy to find, straight forward check in/check out service
Cons: Very very slow to pick up the car, each process was elongated for no reason plus car had less than half a tank of fuel when we picked it up meaning we had to guestimate the return fuel which cost us extra money.

Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company. Vehicles may not be taken to the following islands: Ibiza, Formentera Island.
The purchase of the following insurance(s): Cross Border Pack is mandatory.

If the customer runs out of battery and is stranded with the vehicle, requiring help from our roadside assistance, please keep in mind that this service is not covered by the rental insurance nor by any additional policy (the customer is always liable for all costs involved).

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 6 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
