Pros: Not a lot. The first lady was efficient, and helpful with directions.

Cons: The manager JHAJ rude and unhelpful in the extreme. Should not be working in a customer service role at all. I can countenance paying for an extra day where I had not read the small print - but 238 Euros when a whole week rental is 344.99 Euros? Absolute rip off, and I see I am not the first to fall foul of this trick.

Pros: Friendly lady at desk, efficient and quick. I have rented many times before from Global/Buchbinder/Megadrive and this was the best service and I hope an improvement for the future. In particular, a man was waiting in the drop-off area to take the keys and inspect/sign -off the car which was excellent.

Pros: They were in the airport, which was convenient. Drop off was simple and convenient.

Cons: The childrens' seats they provided were filthy, even by rental kids' seats standards. They also didn't have the ones we asked for. The immediately tried to push a pointless upsell on me. They insisted on a massive fund reservation for the duration of the car hire.

Cons: Iwas late because the flight was re routed due to bad weather ,the rental agent sad the car i had reserved was no longer available and said the only available option was a car much more expensive than booked, take it or leave it,due to the late hour i had no choice than to pay the excessive extra charge..

Cons: Poor customer service - was overcharged for additional days over the weekend despite returning the car on time. Returned the car on Saturday after their office hours, but was charged until Monday when they returned to work.

Cons: We arrived 2 hours late to pick up the car due to having spent a considerable amount of time at the police station after I was sexually assaulted. The Global Rent A Car agent was rude, dismissive and said he was going to charge us €50 Euro for being late! Needless to say we took our business elsewhere despite the fact it cost us extra to do so.

Pros: Very rude staff lady at the desk when came again in the late evening to pick up the car. No one called to update us about the availability of car and we had to phone them 3 times.

Pros: The agent at Salzburg Airport, Linda, was extremely pleasant and efficient.

Cons: I wanted to pay for the rental with a debit card so had to wait quite a long time as the staff were having their lunch break, and couldn't check the car's condition. So, slow service returning the car.
