Pick-up instructions
Upon arrival at the Ontario airport, please proceed outside the Terminal and take the Airport Car Rental Shuttle to the consolidated Car Rental Facility.
Once at the Car Rental Facility please board the Fox Rent a Car shuttle for a short ride to the Fox Ontario location.
The Fox Shuttle will be located at the North Curb of the facility marked by a COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE BUS SIGN.
The Fox shuttle operates during regular business hours.

Pros: Great price, great car.
Cons: One thing what made me not give a 10 point. I would of have to subscribe and pay for the onboard GPS . Those kind of little things makes sometimes a huge different. Honestly you couldn’t just give out a car with a working gps? Really?

Pros: They offer me a 2020 camry and they gave me a 2018 camry with a horrible smell of cigarette and a lot of dents, and scratches
Cons: Shuttle bus took 40 minutes to pick up in Ontario Airport Plane was leaving at 7 am and rental office open at 6am Not able to communicate with local rental office because they don't provide a phone number

Many highways in USA - California are tolled using only electronic means.
All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees. There is an additional charge of 12.99 USD per day for Toll pass / E-toll device.
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): USA. In order to pick up the car, international renters must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, International Driving Permit (IDP), telephone number statement (as proof contact number belongs to driver).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
