Pros: Fox went above and beyond. My flight was a little late after closing time and they actually sent the shuttle back to get me and my wife. I will rent from Fox again because of the customer service that they provided on my first time

Pros: Friendliness of all staff. They genuinely all seemed happy to be working there and so helpful with our "tourist" questions. Happiness of staff goes a long way.

Cons: Just the fact that we had a very early flight and no shuttle so had to pay for an UBER. Our flight was at 5AM and the shuttle did not start until 4:30 which was too late.

Cons: they don't give you option to choose the car eventhough you see similar car park at the same row, they pick one for renter. there were 7 people waiting but only 1 customer service and the other 3 employee were busy talking, didn't care people line up.

Pros: I did like the easiness of booking online and the cancellation policy. And the pricing was great for the days I had used the service.

Cons: I did not like that I was given false information over the phone. I did not like that when my husband I entered the office we were not acknowledged for at least 5 mins while the reps had a side conversation and did not speak to us. I did not like the way the rep spoke to me when I asked questions about the contract he was asking me to sign. I did not like the fact that there was a long line when I went to return the vehicle.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, Surcharges.
Rate excludes
Many highways in USA are tolled using only electronic means.
All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
There is an additional charge of 12.99 USD per day for Toll pass / E-toll device.
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): USA. In order to pick up the car, international renters must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, International Driving Permit (IDP), telephone number statement (as proof contact number belongs to driver).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Insurance
The following insurance type(s) Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is (are) not included for residents of Canada, USA.
The renter can use his/her own insurance, but if this insurance is declined or the renter doesn't bring his/her own insurance, the following insurance type(s):Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) will be available at the rental desk for an additional charge.
Renters who do not purchase insurance coverages from local partner, and who have not arranged for other insurance coverage that is valid in the country of pick up, may be personally responsible to supplier and/or third-parties for damages up to the full value of the rental vehicle and/ or for all damages caused to third-parties and their property.
Deposit and deductible policy


A local renter is defined as a renter who lives within 150 miles of the pickup location and who is not flying into town with a return ticket.
The deposit amount for local renters is 500-1000 USD.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
