The reservation will be held until the office closes on the day of pick-up.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 30 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges. The supplier will hold the vehicle for 30 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
