Pros: The agents were friendly until there is an issue and then they pretend they don’t understand English. Couldn’t pick up car initially at airport as the credit card machines would take deposit. Had to go to different office the next day to complete rental and pick up car. Lost a night of rental and cost of taxi to accommodation
Cons: We were provided an old car that was very worn and drove so roughly we had to exchange it along the way as it didn’t run well on our trip. The agents were very reluctant to help and also wanted to charge an exorbitant amt for a lost hub cap that was held on by zap straps and damaged from the time we got the car.

Pros: They are scammers, and I will NEVER use their service again.
Cons: STAY AWAY!!!!!! It took over 2 hours after they blackmailed me into creating a new reservation after they refused to accepted my third party reservation without an additional charge of $14,000USD.

Cons: Car with many scratches. No condition report. Had to record condition by phone camera. Heavy sell on expensive insurance. Took over 1 hour to pick up vehicle.
