Pros: I will never never rent from them again my worst experience I ever had with the car rental
Cons: We tried to call them. They would never answer the phone once we got up to the booth. The vehicle wasn’t even there. Tried to give us an old truck couldn’t start it up. Worst experience in my life.
Pros: Location at airport, but to collect GPS we had to drive all the way to town. Staff did not take our complaints seriously. Did not want to pay for GPS but had to settle for 50%. Still waiting for excuses and refund
Cons: 1. Car was rather old (nearly 100.000 kms) compaired to previous car hires at Europcar 2. Brakes from the beginning made noises regularly and were far below safefty standard 3. Rear door could only be openen by sheer force and not by my wife (or the agency female staff) which formed quite a nuisance 4. GPS had not been updated for many years. Did not recognise half the roads we travelled, led us to non existing roads etc. In short, cost us more in time and distance than being helpful

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 21.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: visitors visa.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
