Pros: Very easygoing and friendly. Despite their computer system being inoperable they still allowed me to take the car with no fuss.
Cons: There was not much clarity regarding the cost because their computer system was not working. I paid the pickup deposit but there was no mention of the actual rental cost and there was nobody in their office when I dropped the car off to clear it up for me. I presume that they took the rental cost from the deposit paid.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 300 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 2065.00), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 5 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill).

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
