Pick-up instructions
Clients will meet Europcar representative at Terminal 3, Gate 1 (West Lobby) upon arrival. Europcar dedicated staff will standby with sign name of Europcar and client name.
Afterwards, will proceed to the car park, where the payment, documentation, and any necessary formalities will be completed.

Driver requirements

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 65.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

The supplier will hold the vehicle for 0 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
