Pros: Friendly efficient, and very helpful when I needed to make a small change to our plans.
Cons: I was not told how the hybrid system drops out the power of the engine in neutral when stopped. Created quite a problem so eventually, I read online how it worked and how to manage it. Maybe the agent didn’t realize it was a hybrid vehicle.

Pros: They were nice, and when I asked to change a car with a different plate number (because of limitations in Amalfi) they did it quickly.
Cons: They initially tried to give me a larger car, which is not ideal for Sorrento and the surrounding areas because the roads are narrow. Only after I requested a smaller car did I have to wait 30 minutes to get the size I wanted.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1300.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: driver license with photo. A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 80 % battery charge remaining.
