Cons: Not willing to help us and we were out all the money we had paid. Left by train to Florence and rented there. Do NOT do business with this group!

Cons: The drop off was horrendous. We were asked to call ahead for instructions. For two hours we called, no answer. We finally had to go to Milan Station where the office was, to be told that they had been “too busy to answer yhe phones”. Then I had to drive to another location to drop off, with no means of getting to our hotel other than walking ! Ruined an otherwise good service.

Pros: They marked that everything was okay, but didn’t give me a receipt saying so. I am very satisfied so long as they don’t come back saying something was wrong which I’ve had with other companies.

Cons: It was efficient enough, but could have been a bit faster. The car was clean-ish when we received it and it had some dents.

Cons: Éramos um grupo de 20 pessoas e alugamos 4 carros. Tivemos um imprevisto de 1hora de atraso, a autovia foram avisados com 2h de antecedência e ao telefone disseram que iam comprar 61€ pelos 4 carros pelo atraso, e no check in cobraram o valor por cada carro. Num dos carros o depósito não estava cheio, deixamos tal e qual como nós foi entregue e cobraram a multa por não estar depósito cheio.

Pros: as above mentioned I was forced to have their own full protection insurance otherwise I couldn't have taken the car. Car was dirty as fuck, scratches everywhere. I was worried about my deposit, but at the end I got back. Still not cool for a worriless holiday.

Cons: The refused transferwise card, even we cleared in advance. I felt scammed.

Cons: Would advise looking carefully over the car in daylight as it had several knocks that we couldn’t see in a dimly lit underground car park. We had full insurance so wasn’t a pro but could be for others. Much cheaper (£100) to get a taxi 16€ to the door of this car hire than pay airport prices.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.

Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: flight information.
Renters from the following country(ies): Italy must provide the following documents: proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill) in order to collect the car.

During winter season (from 01.10 until 15.04) Snow chains are included in price.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04 in the following regions: South Tyrol.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
