Cons: The drop off was horrendous. We were asked to call ahead for instructions. For two hours we called, no answer. We finally had to go to Milan Station where the office was, to be told that they had been “too busy to answer yhe phones”. Then I had to drive to another location to drop off, with no means of getting to our hotel other than walking ! Ruined an otherwise good service.

Pros: They marked that everything was okay, but didn’t give me a receipt saying so. I am very satisfied so long as they don’t come back saying something was wrong which I’ve had with other companies.
Cons: It was efficient enough, but could have been a bit faster. The car was clean-ish when we received it and it had some dents.

Cons: Éramos um grupo de 20 pessoas e alugamos 4 carros. Tivemos um imprevisto de 1hora de atraso, a autovia foram avisados com 2h de antecedência e ao telefone disseram que iam comprar 61€ pelos 4 carros pelo atraso, e no check in cobraram o valor por cada carro. Num dos carros o depósito não estava cheio, deixamos tal e qual como nós foi entregue e cobraram a multa por não estar depósito cheio.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid an additional charge per liter/gallon of missing fuel plus a 25 EUR refueling service charge.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
