Cons: There was garbage in the back row of seating. Also winter tires would have been nice as the van was difficult to get traction at some icy intersections.
Pros: The agent I dealt with upon arrival was personable. The other agents were not so much. They had a vehicle available for me on arrival. 40,000+ km. I requested a subcompact; got a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, no other choices. They have a limited variety & number of cars; unlikely you will get the type advertized or requested. Another customer requested subcompact, was given a truck, despite requesting something smaller. Pressured into taking it.
Cons: Customer service is overall lacking. Online booking agreement says Unlimited km unless local resident, then 0.20/km Upon arrival, agreement had upper limit & 0.35/km after that. Vehicle windshield leaked, agent feigned surprise, but other employee says they replaced windshield in their own Windshield Repair shop but they didn't do it right & it leaks. Driver door does not close properly; they say that is a common Jeep problem. They are NOT located at airport, not advertized how to get there.
Cons: Front desk rep.not familiar with the procedure of rental policy. Rented car had breakdown on the road and no assistance from the company.Left messages but no response..Intermittent problem of Engine not working.Next day office Manager (SAM) offered replacement but car started again for my appointment and ready to return the car...
Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
Mileage is limited to 200 km per day, with a maximum of 3000 km per rental.
For each additional km an additional charge of 0.45 CAD per km will apply.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name.
The following payment methods are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Travel to the following territory(ies): USA, Canada (other provinces) is allowed.
Mileage limitations will apply when the car is to be used for crossing province borders.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
