Pros: Car went dead on me so we couldn’t drive anywhere…

Pros: Car stop on me 3/4 and I called office they told me someone would call back….no1 ever did….

Cons: a pretty rude gentleman working there (apparently he's the manager). it was very slow picking up and dropping off the car.

Cons: They didn’t have my car when I arrived at the lot and refused to lower the price even though they didn’t have my level car and made me take a lower suv. Had me over a barrel and screwed me.

Cons: I had issues renting my car, they had non availability and told me to wait 5 hours for one to show up (not guaranteed) and because I did wait (and never received a car) I called and told them the issue and because I called after my checkin time, I wasn’t able to be refunded. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Cons: Unprofessional front desk at pick up. Not a single employee present for 15+ minutes, did not wait to verify my insurance - just blindly pushed it through. I like to double/triple check everything, so this made me very uncomfortable. Dirty car with just over half a tank of gas. The 150 mile/day limit is unreasonable for someone from out of town wanting to explore the area. Insurance through the office costs significantly more than the rental itself.

Cons: The manager was rude. He left while working with a customer & left his employee by herself with a room full of clients. I had to wait an hour to be helped.

Cons: NEVER AGAIN am I going to rent from Easirent! rental agent is a Lier! A young lady who rented the car to us told us that we need to purchase highway toll package to avoid exorbitant fees. THERE WERE NO TOLLS! We did not need it nor we did not use it! When I dropped off the car at the end of the rental, I was told that I will be charged $250 for interior car cleaning because I had a SERVICE DOG ride in he car! This is preposterous and ILLEGAL according to ADA Americans with Disability Act laws!

Cons: I brought by toll pass from NY that can be used for all tolls in Florida. The agent kept trying to sell me toll coverage at about $12 a day through fear tactics i.e., $25 service charge per toll that they would have to process.

Cons: They didn't have a car, the customer service by Frankie was awful. He almost crashed when he took us to Enterprise after not being able to provide a car. He couldn't keep his mouth shut, he couldn't stop complaining about almost crashing, when he was responsible as well. When drove by Fox Rental he said to never rent from there because they have old cars... "Dude they have cars" you realize you are not even able to provide me a car that I have already paid for? All this with my family in the car

Cons: They charged me for the entire week even when I returned the car after 3 days. They changed the rental term to limited mileage when I had rented an unlimited mileage car, and the car had low tired. I had to almost immediately put air in the car tires.

The Jacksonville location is the absolute worst I feel sorry for whoever rents from there they are very unprofessional. Orlando location wasn’t that great either. I rented cars for work and pleasure often and never had this bad of an experience. All in all easirent sucks!

Pros: I am owed a refund of the $21.28 your company charged my credit card. It took an hour to find the location to pick up the car and when we arrived they had NO CAR? They wouldn't answer the phone nor would your company. I intend to file a dispute with my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau.

Cons: When we arrived to pick up the car, we were greeted with a fee of $12/day just to be able to take the car out if florida and into georgia. Nowhere in the paperwork or rental agreement did it say you could t take the car out of florida without paying a fee. Since i couldnt book another rental car in short time, i will be contesting the amount of the fee charged to Chase/Visa. The rental agent was rude and basically knew he had us over a barrel. The whole operation seemed very shady.

Cons: The overall place was terrible. From the customers coming in acting the way they did to the condition of the vehicles. The employees were all fairly rude and disrespectful, but I can’t blame them from the way the customers were acting too. The cars are crap. Mine died on me three times, I took it back after the first time and they said they didn’t have anything to replace it with, and then proceeded to try to exchange it with a car with a SHATTERED drivers side window. terrible place in Jax.

Pros: Person that was there was polite, despite the many people in line and people yelling and complaining. There were about 15 people in a 10x10 space. That is not healthy, and is probably illegal in Jacksonville at this time due to social distancing rules put in place by the city.

Cons: You represent the poorly maintained fleet at Easirent, my car pulled seriously to the left and vibrated, tag was expired, another customer there was returning hers because the tires were bald, and there were not enough cars to cover bookings, I did not receive the class of car I ordered and was told the charges would remain the same and there was nothing I could do about it. Also there are not enough employees to service customers, only one was present at pickup and dropoff, with lot of people.

Cons: Rude employees. Talking in the cell phone while conducting business. Did not have time to do a walk around to inspect the car with me prior to leaving.

Cons: Easirent told me they saw my reservation that I made through Kayak a month ago, but they did not have any cars. Did not receive a rental. Had to spend 2x at next rental place.

Pros: Attendant was very friendly. Returning the car was easy and fairly quick.

Cons: Poor attendant was cleaning and manning the desk and going as fast as was possible. That is not a one-person job and creates a bottleneck. He was very friendly even though he was being worked in a way that he couldn’t possibly keep up.

Isn't that discrimination???? Easirent appears inexpensive on the surface, but they are loaded with extra charges and conditions.

Cons: I also tried calling to reach someone at the rental office 3 times during regular business hours. There was no answer. I was also placed on eternal hold when I called customer service. I can confidently say that I will NEVER use this company again

The representative said this was a new rule due to new ownership but this should’ve been communicated to everyone before purchase or even by email notification after purchase. I will never use easirent again and will make sure to warn everyone else.
