Cons: They are not punctual. I was given two different cars and both badly needed servicing. Speaking with the operators is very difficult as they say one thing but that never happens.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver, Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Rate excludes
If renter travels through a toll collection point, the renter’s credit card will be charged for the toll and an administration fee of 2 AED per cross.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 24 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Albania, Australia, Bahrain, Canada, China, Iceland, Japan, Kuwait, Montenegro, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, USA, EU countries.
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): China will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Deposit and deductible policy

Young drivers are subject to a higher deductible/excess.

Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 90 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
