Cons: The main issue was the refund process. I was informed that my 2,000 AED refund would be returned within 21 days, but after almost a month I am still waiting. I have had to chase for updates, and the handling of this matter has been poor and unreliable. This has left me with a very negative impression of the service.

Cons: I regret to say that I did not get any service and help from DRIVUS, as the same day after receiving the car, I had a problem on the tire, waiting DRIVUS help from 07:39 pm till 10:00 pm waiting on the way no body come and help, after that I sent wassup also no answer, I spoke to the manager Mr. Jebin on +97148788997,he ignores the call, requested to change the car, also no body care!!!! It is zero. I repair the the care by my self on my own, and also cleaned the car from the beginning from my!

Cons: -no counter at the airport -car not cleaned or revised before being handed over to us -deposit was withdrawn from our account despite being told it would be 'blocked' only -no checks done when we returned the car to confirm no damage from our side -how do I know they will not lie and keep money from our deposit? We are supposed to get it back within 21 days, but I do not trust their honesty after such negative experience.

Pros: They were late 1 hour prior to the time we set to pick up. The car was not clean and the tank was empty. It was really hard to communicate with the agents and response time to my questions rather too long.

Pros: Car picking time was planned on 22 February at Sharga airport On arrival no one was waiting for car pick up No office for the company at the airport On contacting Drivus they told that no cars available tonight and he can not send a car to take us to our hotel in Dubai The agent on the phone asked me to cal discover cars to complain as Drivus did not rent me the car by it self. I received the car second day at 1:30 pm in stead of 10 am as promised by the agent by phone and what’s app

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 470.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax).
Rate excludes
E-Toll/Sunpass activation fee is 6 AED per cross. The following surcharges may apply: Parking Fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) national licences are acceptable if drivers hold a GCC passport. GCC countries are as follows: Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates. Drivers from other countries must have a valid International Driving Permit issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, along with their own national licence. A national or International Driving Permit alone is not acceptable.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): China will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
Young drivers are subject to a higher deductible/excess.
Cross-border policy
It is forbidden to cross country borders.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional drivers are allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
