Pros: The agent was efficient and for once, there was no line. But the car did not drive well, needed an oil change, and once the car gears popped into neutral on a high speed road entrance road.

Cons: Because you just drop off the car now, they can “find” things easier and try to charge you. Sometimes the staff is not nice or efficient, but this trip she was good. The quality of the chevrolet SUV I rented was bad. It did not drive well, once the gear popped from D to N when I didn’t touch it, and there was a big blaring sign on the dashboard that the car needed an oil change.

Pros: I thought it was false advertisement. I booked with dollar because they advertised I could skip the line. I waited in line more than an hour, with bunch of other folks that had been told the same exact thing. When I complained about having to wait when I was told I was told I would not have too. I was told “Oh, that’s corporate, that thing hasn’t worked all day”.

Cons: Sucked.

Cons: At the Dollar rent-a-car check-in they said my VISA card could not be accepted. I had to pay using a debit card with a $500 USD hold charged. Since I could not use my VISA card which provides me with excellent car insurance, I had to buy insurance at $40/day!!! The car was a Buick Encore which did not drive well, the brakes were very spongy.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Airport surcharge, Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, Customer Facility Charge (CFC), State Tax, Surcharges.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

At the time of pick up customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.

Additional charges will be applied. Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, for rates that include Fuel Purchase Option the first tank of gas is included. Customers do not have to refuel the vehicle prior to return.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 62 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.

The supplier will hold the vehicle for 29 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
