Pros: They gave us a ride back after dropping off the car.
Cons: They only tried to speak English in person, but the first contact and confirmation were made using WhatsApp in Italian. For a store available at an international site like this, that doesn't make sense; They demanded that we used a specific gas station before dropping off the car and showed them the receipt.

Cons: Wrong car - got a Smart Fortwo instead of the Fiat 500 I booked. They also force you to clean the car afterwards, so had to spend time and money to fix it to avoid fines.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
