When you arrive at Madrid Chamartin, go to the Centauro Rent a Car office located outside the station. Leave the station by the Pío XII exit, and once you are outside, turn left and continue to the end of the walkway. Next go down the escalator. Keep walking until you reach the pedestrian crosswalk to cross to the other side. Turn right and continue straight ahead until you find the parking lot of Centauro Rent a Car. Our office is located on floor -1.

Cons: Very ordinary, felt very rushed. Said discover insurance was too complicated, should take out their insurance. Felt pressured to do this. English was not so good, so hard to understand. Paid we thought 264 euro as security but only 109 euro refund. Not sure why. Car cost 920 euro where discover card said it would cost 656 euro approx. Feel we were tricked into paying extra. Nearly 300 euro more than we expected. Would love you to explain this to us.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1400.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
If the customer declines Toll pass / E-toll device, a penalty of 40 EUR for each toll used in addition to the cost for each paid or unpaid toll will apply.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet. In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon collecting the vehicle.
It is only possible to pay and leave a deposit using the same card.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 29 days.

Service outside of business hours is available by previous request in Malaga, Alicante Airport, Murcia Airport.
